As agile coaches and Scrum Masters, there's nothing we like better than getting the lego out and running engaging and fun workshops. How do we do this, though, in the "new normal" with people increasingly working from home or remotely, How do we create that excitement and engagement over Zoom or Teams? Well, we've spent a lot of time building online workshops to be as close to the real thing as possible, and it seems - so far - to be working! In this session, we'll play Matt Phillip's No Estimates board game to demonstrate how engaging such online workshops can be. Just like the real thing? In some aspects, even better! Playing this game will also allow us to explore variations that arise in estimation and demonstrate much better approaches to answering the perennial question "when will my stuff be delivered?".
