Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What does “Lean” in “Lean-Agile” mean? Regardless of the application, at its core, Lean is about delivering the most value by reducing waste, establishing flow and increasing quality; in the sustainably shortest lead time. In this session, we will explore one of the most powerful Lean approaches, Value Stream Mapping, and learn how it can bring transparency, create alignment, and serve as an accelerant to any team or business seeking to accelerate the delivery of value.

Learning Objectives
- What is Value Stream Mapping and why would one use it? - Attendees will be able to describe Value Stream Mapping and articulate some of the benefits it can bring to a variety of contexts, from a single team to organizations across a large enterprise.
- A collaborative approach to Value Stream Mapping - Attendees will learn a technique for facilitating a Value Stream Mapping workshop utilizing a Miro/Mural board and be able to articulate how this can be applied to business operations as well as the design, development, and deployment of software.
- Value Steam thinking and beyond - Attendees will be able to describe how the techniques described can be leveraged as a mindset as well as a methodology through the exploration of real-world examples of Value Stream Mapping.
