This presentation covers the use of an agile approach in the design and fabrication of a electric powered high performance supercar. The PDCA cycle was used repeatedly to conduct a continuous series of learning experiments. The result was to find multiple ways to fail and learn on the journey to success. The car will be ready for production in late 2021. Audience interest is held due to the fact that an agile approach was successfully utilized in a non-traditional, non-software environment. A 1/8 scale models and pictures of the full sized prototype car in various stages of completion will be shown. The business model includes hiring and training at risk youth, providing a more positive path for their future. A lightening talk of this presentation was given at a local Dallas/Ft Worth Texas meetup with rave reviews and multiple requests to expand it to a full length presentation.
